Rebecca Humphreys - Director
Rebecca Humphreys qualified as a solicitor in February 2007. She joined Julie Burton Law in September 2008. Rebecca is an accredited member of the Law Society's Mental Health Scheme and the Mental Capacity (Welfare) Scheme. Rebecca undertakes all aspects of mental health and capacity work, as well as advising on community/health care cases. Rebecca is bilingual in Welsh and English.
Helen Scott - Director
Helen Scott qualified as a solicitor in 2011. She joined Julie Burton Law shortly after qualifying. Helen is an accredited member of the Law Society's Mental Health Scheme. Helen leads on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship for Julie Burton Law. She also represents clients detained under the Mental Health Act. Helen is bilingual in Welsh and English.
Ema Roberts - Solicitor
Ema joined Julie Burton Law in 2015 and started her training contract with us in December of that year. She qualified as a solicitor on 1 December 2017. Ema is an accredited member of the Law Society's Mental Health Scheme. Ema is an all-rounder, advising in relation to mental health, community/health care issues, and also wills, probate and future planning. Ema is bilingual in Welsh and English.
